Travel tips
  • Stay in an Old City hostel — City Palace, Jagdish Temple and Lake Pichola are all walkable from there.
  • Rent a bike/scooter (₹400–600/day) for Bahubali Hills and Rayta Hills sunrise — cheaper and more flexible than taxis.
  • Catch the Lake Pichola sunset on Day 1 and the Karni Mata / Sunset Point views on Day 4 for the best light.
  • Travel to and from Udaipur is not included — budget your train/bus fare separately.
  • Eat local: poha/kachori breakfasts keep the daily food cost down to ₹400–700.
